4 MINUTES WALK TO THE BEACH!

Our quiet air conditioned 2 bedroom apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a new building in the town of Benicarló just 3 blocks or 4 minutes walk for the beach. Just 1 km North of Peniscola

It also enjoys the benefit of a large private communal swimming pool with childrens play area, located right in the centre of the apartment building, for the exclusive use of the residents of the apartments only.

The apartment itself comprises of a large Living Room with dining area, Master Bedroom with en suite bathroom, 2nd Single Bedroom, fully equipped kitchen and 2nd bathroom/shower room.

The Living Room area consist of a 2 piece suite with large 3 seater & 2 seater sofas, coffee table, cabinet, digital TV with 28 English/Spanish channels & DVD/CD player & table lamps. In addition there is an extendable dining table with seating for up to 6 guests. Double glazed windows provide complete soundproofing & can be fully or partially opened if fresh air is required.

The first Master Bedroom has large double (Queen size) bed. We know what it is like to sleep on an uncomfortable bed so ours has a padded mattress top for an extra comfortable sleep! It also has cabinets with table lamps, fitted double wardrobe & shelves, and en suite bathroom with full size bath & shower over, separate basin & toilet

The second Single Bedroom has single bed & cabinet/desk & double fitted wardrobe & shelves. It also has a second "pull out" single bed which is conveniently located underneath the first to save space & hide away if not required. It has its own bathroom down the hall with walk in shower, separate basin & toilet

We also offer a cot/crib for the little one

The kitchen is fully fitted with double sink, electric oven & hob with extractor fan, microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine, kettle, toaster, electric iron & ironing board & cutlery/utensils. There is also a breakfast table with chairs.

We also include 4 comfortable reclining sunlounger chairs, table, umbrella/parasol & baby chair for use at the swimming pool area in our package

A lift/elevator takes you to the second floor, on which the apartment is located

The apartment also has a valuable private underground parking bay, an additional locked storage unit located in the underground parking area & the roof terrace with washing lines to dry clothes/towels if required.

Opmerkingen
The Theme Park of Port Aventura is a 60 minute drive North

Benicarló has a Sailing School in the harbour. In addition, Scuba diving can be enjoyed in privileged locations such as on the sea floor by the Columbretes Islands natural reserve.

Benicarló is also just a 1 km walk/drive to the town centre of Peniscola, with all it has to offer the tourist. It is even possible to walk along the beach front from one town to the other.

Benicarló is one of the last truly Spanish towns on the coast & popular with the locals for its fine seafood restaurants, especially in the season

Rates vary according to the actual day, time of year and total length of your stay. Christmas Day is more expensive than the night of January 1st, for example, but the overall price may be less per night if you are booking 14 nights rather than 5. We calculate your quote depending upon your exact dates.

We sometimes have some last minute availability at a low price so if you can be flexible with your dates, contact us.

CLEANING FEE

Please note there is a cleaning fee to clean the apartment after you leave of €60/£50 for reservations of LESS THAN 7 nights. Any reservation of 7 nights or more, we include this fee in our price per night.

PRIVATE UNDERGROUND PARKING

Please also note there is a "once only" fee of €25 per reservation if guests wish to take advantage of our secure private underground parking facility. This is optional. There are NO other hidden extras.

All rates are calculated in € Euros & subject to change without notice

DEPOSIT

To secure your dates, we require a non-refundable deposit of €80 Euro (or £70 if booking in £ UK Sterling) or 10% of the booking value (whichever is the higher)

Your dates are not confirmed until the deposit has been paid

BALANCE

The balance should be paid in full 8 weeks before you arrive

If your reservation is within 70 days before your arrival, you will be required to pay the full amount with your reservation

A €50/£50 Security deposit is also required to cover in the event of loss/damage/lost keys etc. This is returned to you at the end of your holiday if all is well
