The apartment of 144 m² has 2 bedrooms, each with bathroom, shower and toilet, a living room with dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, air-conditioning, warm/cold, satellite TV and many household utilities.

There are 3 terraces with an overgrown pergola which makes the inside comfortably cool during the summer. The area is protected, safe and quiet and the view is magnificent.

The Residence, has a beautiful garden with swimming pool, a restaurant and a mini-market. The building, in typical Andalusian style, lies 200 m. above sea level.

At the help-desk Carmen will give you all the information and support you need.

In the mini-market you will find most of your daily groceries; coffee, tea and drinks at the bar, breakfast and lunch are served in the restaurant. Meals can also be delivered at your apartment.

Bus 33 stops every half hour at the main entrance and takes you in 15 minutes to the centre of Malaga with its Cathedral, Picasso museum, parks, shops, cafés and restaurants. Have a ‘café con churros’ in the morning, a healthy Mediterranean dish with a glass of wine at midday and tapa’s in the afternoon.

Visit the nearby beach of El Palo with local fish restaurants and enjoy the lovely ambiente of the Costa del Sol.

The famous caves of Nerja and the white mountainvillages Frigiliana and Mijas are in the neighbourhood while Granada, Córdoba and Ronda are within a daytrip.

Remember spring, autumn and winter are good times to visit Andalucía because the summer heat and tourists are replaced by a mild and calm atmosphere.
