Vakantie villa in Mazarron

The villa is DETACHED and on a corner plot, so you have a feeling of spaciousness around you.
It is situated on the lovely development of Mazarron Country Club.

The villa has its own 7x4 m swimming pool with outside shower.

There is a wonderful new Golf Course 5 mins away and a number of different beaches 10mins drive away.

There are also hot springs where you can soak away those aches and pains in the sunny open air!

There are markets in Totana and Mazarron 3 times a week along plenty of shops, bars and restaurants in the area.

The beautiful and historical cities of Murcia and Mazarron are easily accessible by train or car.

There is super new Shopping Mall 10 mins away. This has a large new supermarket and a smaller 24hr shop for they necessities.

There is a great community with English, Germans, french and Spanish people living there permanently.

The club has a large and beautiful communal pool which is serviced by a life-guard( summer only). There is a small fee payable.
there is also Tennis and Petanque.

There is a restaurant which offers Tapas and meals and entertainment evenings. There are orgnised walks, Yoga classes, bus tours etc.

The sunset you will view from the rear garden is magnificent!

You will come away with a wonderful sense of peacefulness!

TThe local beaches are Blue Flag standard.
