Super house with every luxus. Just the street is on weekends a bit loud, but when you close the windows everything is fine. Javier is a very friendly host and owner. The house is fully equipped.

Lovely house pool bigger than average wonderful views. Ten minute walk to amazing beach which goes on and on. Food mostly fish but we got steak and chicken in every place we went to. Conil is a 5 minute drive and well worth a visit, park up and walk and shop, lovely old town, very few tourists mostly Spanish. Javiar was amazing he told us so much history and also where to eat, shop even park. He was at the end of the phone always

The villa has a modern, luxurious and spacious feel to it and beautifully designed. It is bigger in person than in the photos and is perfectly situated from the beach, which is literally a 5 minute walk away. There is a supermarket and pharmacy only a 5 minute drive away and Seville is only an hour and a half in the car too! Javier met us on arrival and was such a great host - very helpful and friendly. I think it is the perfect villa for adults or families with older children but I would still stay here with a toddler, just wouldn't be able to use the master bedroom upstairs.

This is a really great place to stay with older teens especially - a very short walk to the beach, longer but easily do-able walk to & from town (our prerequisites) safe walk /easy taxi back after dark + such a cool and beautiful house, garden & pool. For adults, it's a sophisticated home too, beautifully furnished and convenient for everything. It's bigger than it looks online - a really great space. The most comfortable pool furniture around too! Highly recommended, we had a brilliant time. We had the odd mishap with things breaking - though I'm writing this in summer 2016 having been there in August 2015 but just remembered that I hadn't written a review - and I suspect Javier and Teresa (who were just lovely and really very helpful) have sorted these out this year.
