A stunning spacious modern villa with 11m x 5.5m private SALT WATER POOL! Fantastic sea views and only 10 minutes from beaches and town of Roses!.

Casa Colina is situated in Can Isaac, an exclusive area which is a very peaceful urbanisation of large detached villas set amongst olive groves in the Pyrenees' foothills, within easy walk of the beautiful old village of Palau Saverdera with it's shops, some good restaurants and only 10 minutes drive from the beaches and town of Roses.

Set on a large plot of approximately 1,050m2, it is presented to a very high standard and features an enormous open plan living area with double height ceiling in the circular lounge.

All the accommodation is on one level and there is direct access from the living area, with only four steps down, to the pool and surrounding terraces. All bedrooms have air conditioning!

The lounge, dining area and kitchen is a huge open planned area which is perfect for a family holiday! And especially great for foodies who would like to experiment with the local fresh produce!

In the lounge area there is a flat screen TV which has English, French and German channels. There is a stereo with iPod dock and lovely fireplace.

There is a large square wooden table in the dining area to seat 8 and then the far end leads into the beautiful, modern and fully equipped kitchen with direct access to an additional breakfast area under a jasmine-scented pergola.

All doors and windows from the living area overlook the pool and terrace.

There is a separate Utility Room containing washing machine and additional large fridge/freezer.

The bedrooms are as follows:

Bedroom 1 with 160cm double bed, air-conditioning, doors to balcony overlooking the pool and en-suite Bathroom with bath & shower over, wc, bidet and basin.

Bedroom 2 with 140cm double bed, doors to pool terrace & air conditioning.

Bedroom 3 with 2 x 90cm single beds, windows to front garden & air conditioning.

Bedroom 4 with 2 x 90cm single beds, windows to front garden & air conditioning.

There are two additional Bathrooms, one with bath and shower over, toilet and bidet and another off the lounge area which has a walk in shower and toilet.

Outside there is a 150m² terrace area to enjoy more outdoor dining, shaded eating area if required with sea views and and a large gas barbecue to cook on.

The swimming pool is very large being 11m x 5m with the added benefit of being salt water! This is surrounded by extensive terraced sunbathing areas with 8 sunbeds.

The villa has beautiful gardens, with views of the Bay of Roses and the Pyrenees, and full of Mediterranean shrubs and trees with an area of lawn to the side.

There is private gated parking to the front of the villa and space for at least 3 cars.

Palau Saverdera is a characterful traditional Catalan village with its own wine cooperative, a couple of small supermarkets, butchers, bakers, newsagents and a good selection of restaurants all within a short walk from the villa, you can also reach it by car in about 5 MInutes!

Nou Fusion is another very good restaurant located at the entrance to Can Isaac with a lovely large outdoor terrace with far reaching views.

For a more comprehensive selection of shops including larger supermarkets, produce markets and a huge choice of bars, restaurants and clubs are just 10 minutes drive away in Roses.

The nearest beach is less than 10 minutes drive away at Santa Margarita but there are many other large sandy beaches and smaller coves for you to discover.

There is a information folder in the villa which will have lots of details of places to go and things to do to make your holiday one to remember.

The nearby town of Figueres is 20km drive, it is a beautiful Catalan market town and is home to the Salvador Dali museum. Many hours can be spent taking coffee or tapas in the Rambla just watching the world go by. There are plenty of shops, bars and restaurants.

Peralada is also 20km drive and is home to Peralada Casino, Spa Resort and championship Golf Course.

For wine lovers there are many cooperatives and vineyards in the area selling very high quality local wines and cavas.

For food lovers there are many restaurants including 1, 2 and 3 Michelin star restaurants within a 60km radius. Currently the best restaurant in the World, Can Roca is close by in Girona.

Roses itself is a great coastal town with many fine sandy beaches and the very nearby beaches of Canyelles Petites and Almadrava are well worth a visit for beach lovers.

Cadaques and Port Lligat, the home of Salvador Dali is only 30-40 minutes drive.
