Jardines del Principe spacious apartment (130m2) with 3 bedrooms, 2 terraces, shared pool and children's playground, bathrooms with jacuzzi showers, fiber optic high speed internet, free WiFi, video surveillance has beautiful mountain views and is placed close to the Puerto Banus, the main attraction of Costa del Sol.

~ Inside

The living room features decorative items which make this apartment a very modern, yet a very comfortable and homey. The dining area has an eight seater white dining table placed in a very luminous corner of the living room with view over the terrace. From the dining table you have direct view over the urbanization and exotic vegetation. The chairs have a very modern design which blend in completely in this neat and luminous apartment. The lounge area features a large comfortable sofa and two leather armchairs placed around a square coffee table that can be extent. This area is perfect for enjoying a TV show on the flat screen TV or just for having a nice cup of tea or coffee. The living room has large glass sliding doors which give exit to the large terrace (28m2).

The master bedroom has access to the second terrace (8m2) with view over the urbanization. The king size bed (180x200cm) has on both sides a nightstand with modern design lamps. This bedroom has a flat screen TV where you may watch your favourite show in the evening. The en suite bathroom has all the appliances needed for a relaxing time: bathtub with jacuzi and shower, jacuzi shower cabin, sink, bidet, toilet. The guest bedroom has two single beds (90x200cm each) with nightstands with lamps and a wardrobe. The en suite bathroom has a sink, walk in jacuzi shower cabin, bidet, toilet. In 1 km from the apartment you have various restaurants and boutiques and also on the beach you'll find chiringuitos where you can taste delicious tapas or bocadillos.

Within walking distance you'll find El Corte Ingles and El Capricho Shopping Center for purchasing the goods that you need. The nearest supermarket is Mercadona (400m) from where you can buy fresh vegetables, fish, meat or fresh baked bread.

In 1.6 kilometers from the apartment you'll reach downtown Marbella with it's famous historic center, The Orange Square or Plaza de los Naranjos. The Orange Square is full of mature Sevilla orange trees and in spring the delicate scent of orange blossom permeates the streets of the old town creating an enchanting atmosphere. Also, Marbellas narrow streets in the old town are filled with cozy shops, restaurants and cafeterias and i'm sure you'll spend a wonderful time exploring them.

Puerto Banus is the main attraction on Costa del Sol, known as the pole of luxury and parties. At only 1.5 km you'll reach one of the most famous harbors on Costa del Sol. It has berths for 915 boats, including those of the King of Saudi Arabia and several of the world's wealthiest people. Its streets are lined with expensive luxury boutiques like Christian Dior, Gucci, Bvlgari, Versace, Dolce & Gabbana, and others.

If you are interested in long walks on the sea shore you will surely discover the promenade which can take you to all the interesting and exotic bars and clubs along the harbours of Costa del Sol.

Mooi appartement maar wel gezeur over verbruik elektra

Het appartement is nieuw en kwalitatief ingericht. Het is wel duidelijk door een man ingericht omdat er kleine gemakken zoals handdoekhaakjes etc, ontbreken. De keuken is voorzien van prima apparatuur maar qua keukengerei is het karig. Sommige zaken zijn ook niet goed doordacht zoals de grote borden die niet in de vaatwasser passen. Slaapkamers zijn ruim en bedden zijn heerlijk. In twee slaapkamers rolluiken zodat het koel en donker blijft. Derde slaapkamer heft gordijnen en is het vroeg licht. Airco werkt goed in huiskamer en twee slaapkamers maar in derde slaapkamer een stuk minder. Zwembad ik relatief klein maar keurig en er is altijd wel een bedje beschikbaar. Mooi buitenterras maar alleen in de middag een beetje zon. Service van de woningmanager is prima echter vond ik de last minute aanvullende conditie van € 30 boete als hij op je moest wachten bij oplevering en het gezeur over energieverbruik aan het einde van de periode wat vervelend. Als je in deze prijsklasse verhuurd moet je niet zeuren als er een relatief hoog energieverbruik is ivm airco.

The apartment is new and high quality furnishings. It is clearly designed by a man because little luxuries such as towel hooks etc, are missing. The kitchen has good equipment but in terms of kitchenware is scanty. Some things are not well thought out as the big dishes that do not fit in the dishwasher. Bedrooms are spacious and beds are wonderful. In two bedrooms shutters to keep it cool and dark. Third bedroom curtain raises and the early light. Aircon works well in living room and two bedrooms but the third bedroom a lot less. I pool is relatively small but neat and there is always a bed available. Nice outside but only a little sun in the afternoon. However, service from the property manager is fine, I liked the last minute additional condition € 30 fine if he had to wait for you at arrival and the whining about energy consumption how annoying.
