We had a very good 4 weeks here, you could not fault the view or the standard of the apartment, it is very well equipped with everything you will need, and has excellent WiFi. The owner was excellent in communication etc, and Annick the local agent was first class. When we booked in early 18, it stated it had an Oven/Cooker, but on arrival, it was a combination Microwave/oven, so there is no main large oven, it did not spoil our holiday but just a small niggle. If you decide to book for anytime over the winter season, you will have to have the electric radiators on all the time as it is cold, Spanish property is not built for winter. A tip for bottled water is use the Nestle water, it does not fur up the kettle. The beds are very comfortable, lots of wardrobe space and hangers. The position of the apartment is excellent for local shops and restaurants, and has plenty of parking.

The property exceeded our expectations. With a modern, stunning design and absolutely spotless clean. Very well equipped and lovely bathrooms. The owners have been perfect hosts and kept in touch with recommendations of best restaurants etc. Highly recommended. Easy access to the beach and restaurant with a private parking space for out hire car.

Spacious, modern apartment with a beatiful sea side view from the nice balcony which we have enjoyed quite a lot during our stay. The appartment lies just a 500-metre walk from the Beach and it main boulevard where you are able to find many shops and fine restaurant to have breakfast/ lunch or dinner. The accommodation is very clean and counts 3 big sizes bedroom and two bathroom a modern decoraded living room and dining area. We where only with two people for most of the time but it is possible to stay in the appartment with my kids ant theirs. Moreover the apartment is equipped with great facilities like a modern smart TV, Wifi, air conditioning and clean sheets and towels even to take with you to the beach, which gave us extra space inout suitcases especially if you are flying. Overall, we have a great stay and we will certainly come back to enjoy many more holidays!

What a find! Fell in love with Javea and this apartment had a lot to do with it! Excellent location - a quiet 50m from the bay with its multitude of restaurants and bars. Apartment was bright, spacious, so comfortable. Slight hiccup with keys and finding the building but quickly resolved. Very nicely kept apartment block standing tall with commanding views of the med. loved it. And Nadine and Wilfred the owners were in touch during the visit to make sure all was ok. Very thoughful. Went to Havea for a wedding but will definitely be back! Thanks
