Thank you for choosing our country villa property in beautiful Andalucia.
Prices are in euro and are per week, Minimum rental is 1 week whilst Maximum is 3 weeks. Bookings only from Saturday to Saturday in high season ( June - July -August- September). Flexible on dates the rest of the year. VAT is not charged to guests who are non-resident in Spain – i.e. foreign visitors.
Payment of the Reservation / Security Damage Deposit and first 30% rental fee can be paid by bank transfer or through PayPal. Bank transfer, currency fees and PayPal commissions are to be paid by the guest renting the property.
Reservations
To secure a reservation, please transfer a 300-euro security deposit. This confirms your booking. During your stay this deposit is held as your security damage deposit and returned to you within about 48 hours of departure.
The rental fee can be paid in two instalments. The first 30% is to be paid with the reservation; the remain has to be paid upon arrival in cash or by bank transfer/PayPal the week before arrival – whichever the guest prefers.
Cleaning
The property is available from 4pm on arrival and the house will have been cleaned and prepared with clean bed linens, towels and beach/pool towels.
At the end of each week the linens and towels are changed – this is included in the rental price.

We were looking for an extraordinary place for relaxing and peaceful vacations. We found it in la Sierra de Las Nieves. The location itself is already just amazing. Then, you have the wonderful house, so well equipped, so cosy with such good feeling. We could feel it at the first walk into the house. The house was spotlessly clean. Then, the owners offered us one of the best welcome...ever ! lots of attention to detail and lots of good recommendations on what to do around. We will definitely come back.

The house was far more than we expected. The photo's show how it really is, no unexpected suprises in the surrounding, only beautiful views of nature, hills and lot of green. Everyday we enjoyed the far views and the silence. The house is a beauty, with all of the foreign influences. But must credits go's to Rafa, the contact was very pleasant and good from the beginning, he gives in advance all the information for your trip towards Guaro, local information and lot of tips to do in Andalusia. We had a very warm welcome, the house was spotless . When we left the house Rafa and Andrew came together to wish us a good trip back. We highly recommend this house to hire and we absolutely will return to Guaro and Rafa & Andy.

We enjoyed another wonderful stay at this beautiful villa. The villa is beautifully appointed and the views spectacular. We enjoyed the pool to cool off during the heat of the day. Our host, Rafael, was incredibly friendly and helpful, and made sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. We look forward to returning for another stay.

This villa is not only aesthetically beautiful on the inside, but the views from the terrace and the pool are absolutely breathtaking. We spent 7 whole glorious days just relaxing by the pool or on the terrace, eating from the incredibly well provisioned kitchen (not a single item missing from our wish list of kitchen gadgets, plates, bowls, glasses, oven-wear etc!) swimming, yoga with a view and - well, just 'being'. As a pair of overworked business owners we just wanted a bolt hole. Somewhere to hang out together without any noise. This is the answer. Only turned my laptop on once, even turned my phone off for a while! Rafa & Andrew made sure we had everything we needed, knew where everything was and how everything worked, and were at the end of a what's app if we needed them. Not very suitable for small children, but VERY suitable for a grown up holiday. We didn't go out to eat on any of the evenings because - WHY would you! Where else would you get such privacy and such a beautiful view. A haven of tranquility.
