Enjoy its lovely small beach, long walks among beautiful sailing boats and its elegant club with fantastic sunbeds and sunbathing area, restaurant and bar. This holiday rental with 2 floors features the sleeping area and toilet on the top floor while downstairs you will find a bathroom, kitchen and a living room with access to the terrace. It is located only 10 minutes walk from the beach and 5 minutes to the minimarket.
Everything you need for your family holiday can be found in a walking distance from this quiet and small resort. A place to allow yourself dreaming during your holidays at the seaside! This property is located within a Residential Area, therefore it is strictly forbidden any activity that might disturb other guests. **One baby stays free of charge in a babycot, a highchair will be provided as well (on request) *** A security deposit of 600€ is required for incidentals.

petite villa au bord du port de plaisance, charmante , lumineuse et confortable, en situation exceptionnelle, environnement calme et sécurisé; nous y reviendrons.
Nécessité de disposer d'une voiture cependant...

Dit is een ideaal gelegen woning voor een wintervakantie. Rustige ligging met strandfaciliteit en toch dicht bij een grotere stad voor shopping. nadeel dat het zwembad niet verwarmd is.

This villa is almost a land-based yacht in its interior design and furnishing, in keeping with it's waterfront location. Very light and airy with it's patio windows at ground level and three balconies on the first-floor giving wonderful views to the marina, and also to the shared swimming pool. Well...
