Book your relaxing holiday at Casa Xajulamor, a beautiful penthouse located in the municipality of Guardamar del Segura in Alicante, the south of the Costa Blanca.
This modern three-bedroom flat is located in Oasis Beach X, a district consisting of modern and minimalist designed flats. The flat is just 2.5 km from the wide white sandy beach of Guardamar and within walking distance of the nature reserve and lake of La Mata.
In the immediate vicinity you will find several restaurants and bars as well as a supermarket that can be reached on foot.
There is a bus stop within walking distance that takes you to Murcia, Alicante and Torrevieja. Casa Xajulamor is suitable for 5 persons (or expand to 6), has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms each equipped with a walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet.
The kitchen is equipped with all luxury and comfort: refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, ordinary oven, cooker, extractor hood, hot water boiler, crockery, pots, pans, etc. The spacious living room is equipped with TV (TV Vlaanderen), wifi and air conditioning for heating and cooling. You can park your car in the car park (included). In the winter months you can use the indoor Jaccuzi & Swedish sauna.
Furthermore, the swimming pool is fully at your disposal. On arrival, the flat is cleaned, the beds are made and there are hand, bath and kitchen towels ready for you. Your holiday accommodation is equipped with 4 ultra quiet, economical air conditioners, so you can enjoy both refreshing coolness in summer and efficient heating in winter.
Roller shutters can be found in all rooms, keeping the sun out in summer and sleeping in total darkness if you wish. The roof terrace is equipped with table and chairs, lounge set and sun loungers. There are fun activities in the area such as amusement parks, theme parks and water parks.
But you can also go to a market on Sunday or plan a boat trip.
There are beautiful beaches to enjoy, outdoor activities, cycling, wine trails and numerous restaurants.
You can also experience a bit of culture by visiting La Manga del Mar Menor, a paradise between two seas. There may possibly be a camera system in the home. During rental, the camera system is locked down.
This can be achieved by temporarily disabling the camera system or physically covering the cameras. The cleaning supplement includes bed and bath linen, a cleaning service during your stay, and a personalised check-in and check-out, so you can enjoy your stay without a care in the world. The price of the linen includes: bed linen (beds are made on arrival), 1 shower towel, 1 pool towel and 1 small towel per person, as well as 2 kitchen towels per accommodation. Important: A supplement of €25 applies for check-in and/or check-out on Sundays and Spanish public holidays.
An additional charge of €25 will also be applied for check-in and/or check-out after 8.00 pm. These supplements must be paid in cash on arrival. Rental rates quoted include energy costs, unless more than 100 kWh per week of electricity is consumed.
