This lovely two-bedroom apartment is located on the popular Parque Santiago II complex in the Playa de las Americas resort in Tenerife.
It is furnished in a modern style with all the modern appliances including a dishwasher, washing machine, as well as wifi internet access.
Parque Santiago II 271 - Two Bed is a modern duplex apartment with wifi internet.
It is situated on the 3rd floor with lift access and enjoys very good views of the pool.
The balcony is furnished with a patio table and chairs, a sun lounger, a recliner chair with a side table, and there is a sun awning.
Patio doors lead back into the living area which is comfortably furnished with an L-shaped sofa, coffee table, and flat-screen TV with English and international satellite channels.
There is also a private wifi router so guests can stream their own movies via their own devices.
There is also a dining table and 4 chairs.
The modern kitchen is very well equipped including a dishwasher, tall fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, oven, hob, and extractor fan.
Stairs lead up to the first floor with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom in between.
Bedroom 1 has a double bed, bedside tables with bedside lights, fitted wardrobes, and a tall mirror.
Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds, bedside tables, and bedside lights.
The bathroom has a shower cubicle, wash hand basin with mirror above, WC, and washing machine.
Beach towels are also provided.
The guest will be charged a prepayment of or the total price of the reservation anytime.
Please double check with us on the payment schedule.
Lead guest should be 25 years or older.
No groups of all males or all females.
No groups of largely under 25 year olds.
Families preferred.
The owner of this apartment requires some information from the guests for legal reasons including the lead guest's home address and the first and last names of each guest.
This is because the apartment has a VV licence, which means the owner pays tax to the government and has an obligation to register all of the guests.
As of February 2026, here are the prices of the sun loungers around the pool.
But this is subject to change and outside of the control of the owner.
Sun lounger: approx. 3.50 Euro per day.
Mattress: approx.1,50 Euro per day.
Parasol: approx. 1,50 Euro per day.

The apartment I a good size with everything you need . Sun loungers on both balconies was a winner.
Really liked the fact that it is a duplex apartment with 2 good sized bedrooms.
Very close to bars and restaurants.
You have to pay for sun loungers at thepool but with this apartment they are provided on the balcony with just a short walk to the pool for a dip.
Great location. Clean apartment with good facilities

The property was well appointed and clean on arrival. I did however find it strange that on a 2 week booking there was no cleaner at the end of week one even too just change the sheets and the towels. The property manager was really easy to get a hold of and always replied promptly on the whole the property was excellent although more expensive than other similar properties in the area.
