Magnolia Loft – Spacious and Surrounded by Nature The Magnolia Loft is a 50 m² open-plan space within Casa Magnolia Alquería, ideal for families or groups of friends seeking spaciousness, independence, and an authentic experience in a natural setting.
The loft features two double beds (with the option of extra beds at an additional cost), a fireplace, a small area with a table, chairs, coffee and tea making facilities, and a private terrace under the magnolia tree with views of the valley.
Bed linen and towels are provided.
The bathroom is private to the loft but is located inside the main house, about 50 meters away.
Access is via a short, covered walkway leading up a few steps.
WiFi is only available in the main house, and the loft has a portable air conditioner.
Guests can also use the common areas: a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a fireplace and pool table, an outdoor swimming pool, and gardens with views of the orange groves.
Casa Magnolia is surrounded by nature, so you can enjoy the sounds of birds, insects, and the countryside.
Arrival must be arranged in advance, with check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out until 12:00 PM.
Arrivals after 11:00 PM incur a surcharge.
Dogs are welcome for an additional cleaning fee.
The house is nestled among orange groves and mountains, just a few minutes from Alzira.
If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you may be required to pay according to YourRentals’s property damage policy.
